What this is

Philoxenia collects public information about restaurants, hotels, shops, beaches, and other places and puts it in one quiet place. Two islands first: Naxos (Over 1,800 listings, and building) and Irakleia (64 listings). Free to browse — no account, no ads, no ratings.

The name is the Greek word for hospitality. The site is meant to be useful to visitors and fair to local businesses.

What this is not

This is not a booking site. We do not take reservations, sell tickets, or process payments. We do not publish reviews or ratings. We are not an official tourism office or government directory.

Listings are compiled from public sources. Places close, phones change, and we will be wrong sometimes. We do not promise every listing is still open or every number still works. Opening hours stay off these pages for that reason.

If you run a business on Naxos or Irakleia, you can claim an existing listing or ask us to add one. The form is free. We review what you send and may email you if we need more.
