Platanos Cafe Restaurant

Platanos Cafe in Filoti, Naxos, has made homemade pizza for nearly half a century: the family began in a traditional pizzeria in Canada in the late 1960s, returned to Filoti in 1983 and reopened in 1987 with the same recipe, overnight dough, oven-roasted tomato sauce and pizza baked to order in a traditional oven.
