The Watermills (Neromyloi) of Naxos are a series of traditional stone-built water mills found along streams in the island's interior valleys. Unlike the more famous wind-powered mills of the Cyclades, these mills used water from mountain springs and seasonal streams to grind grain. Several restored examples can be visited, offering a glimpse into the agricultural heritage of the island.
