M1 : The Highlands is the 8.3km, 3h, 1/5 trail M1 : Steni - Karya - Xompourgo - Steni. This trail skirts the fertile plateau of Livaderi whose western border touches upon Xompourgo and then passes one after the other the settlements of Steni, Kechros, Tzados, Karya, Koumaros, Falatados and Myrsini and the farm lands in between.
